It is high speed conveyor system that consists of the following parts: Automatic Hanger Supply Device, Vertical Conveyor, Circle Conveyor, Accumulation Conveyor, and Distribution Conveyor. It allows increasing efficiency of uniform management dramatically, and is flexibly adjustable in accordance with users’ needs toward uniform management. Each part is explained in the following.
Automatic Hanger Supply Device
This unit automatically supplies a worker with hangers. Therefore, it allows hanging garments on hangers with both hands. Please see the movie shown in below.
Vertical Conveyor
This unit is suitable for conveying garments up or down, depending upon users’ needs. There are two types of caterpillar conveyors: one for standard cleaning (25°), and one for uniforms (45°). Please see the movie shown in below.
Accumulation Conveyor
This unit is suitable for making garments stand by temporarily when garments are too many to manage in the entire conveyor system. In other words, it performs an adjustment of the entire conveyor system. Please see the movie shown in below.
Distribution Conveyor
This unit is suitable for sorting garments automatically into desired section. After the garments are accumulated in each section, it is easy for workers to manage the garments without mistake. Please see the movie shown below.
